Flood
High level of the Warta river in its headwaters, forces an increase of a drop of water from the storage reservoir. Below the reservoir, the Warta breaks its banks causing a flood in the area of a nearby valley. The consequences of the flood consist of deluges of surrounding areas, communication problems, damage of levees, occurrence of a plague of insects and rodents, necessity of evacuation of people and animals as well as threats to their lives. The crisis management teams take steps to overcome the situation and minimise losses resulting from the flood.

The train crew and railway line team begins the procedures aiming at rescuing the wounded passengers, securing the scene of the accident, and removing effects of the collision. The consequences of the accident are the following: serious damage of the bus, derailing of the train, and leakage of dangerous chemical substance, damage of the railway infrastructure, death of two people, many people wounded, blocking of the railway line and train traffic disruption.
